All purchases from our store are shipped using the following methods:
UNITED KINGDOM
Watches - Free Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery. Straps - Royal Mail Signed For, 1-3 working days.
EUROPE / NORTH AMERICA / MEA / ROW
Royal Mail Signed For, 5-7 working days minimum.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of them being placed - but cannot always guarantee this turn around.All orders are shipped from the UK, so import duties or taxes may apply.Please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you don't pay the applicable duties and taxes and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.
Our courier partners may not be able to call you on arrival so please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the shipment can be received and signed for during business hours.
In the majority of territories, we are typically unable to deliver on public holidays or Sundays so please allow an extra working day for receipt.
Return or Exchange your ordered items within 30 days of the shipment date.
We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame and these items will be returned to you.
All items returned for exchange or refund must be returned unworn, unused, as new and in their original packaging and with a completed returns form.
You are responsible for return postage.

RETURN ITEMS IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM.
All items need to be returned unworn, unused, as new and in their original packaging.
As new and unworn means / includes all protective films and tags attached, all items packaged and as new and leather straps unworn.
All items to be returned must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
If the watch is returned in perfect condition, but the strap has been used or marked then a refund will only be granted on the watch.
Please note all returned watches are examined under a high level of magnification to check for surface scratches due to the high polished nature of our cases.
UK RETURNS
Please complete a returns form and include a copy in your parcel.
The goods are your responsibility until we receive them, so we strongly recommend you use a tracked and insured postal service and that you take a note of the barcode number on the shipping label so you can track your parcel.
Please allow 10 days for the parcel to reach us.

Returns typically take up to 5 working days to reach us but could take as long as 10 days.
Once received, we commit to process them within 5 working days of the date of receipt.
We recommend using a fully tracked, insured, and signed for delivery service to track the return of your parcel.
Please retain your proof of postage until you have been credited for your return item.
If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, please send proof of postage to info@turismo-watches.com and we will investigate and report back to you within 24 hours.

WORLDWIDE RETURNS
If you would like to arrange an international return, please send your return via a tracked and signed for service.
Please include a completed delivery note with your return.

Turismo is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Returns usually take 5 to 15 working days to reach us and we then aim to process them within 5 working days of the date of receipt.
If you have not received your refund within 20 days of returning your order, please send proof of postage to info@turismo-watches.com and we will investigate and report back to you within 24 hours.
